1. One reschedule is permitted which must be 5 days before the scheduled session. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2. All information provided will be in the best interest of the applicant to the best of the knowledge of the mentor.

3. We will attempt our best to schedule the mentor of your preference. If the preferred mentor is unavailable, your will be auto-assigned to the next available mentor. All our mentors are equally capable to help you.
