1. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR PAID SESSIONS.

2. One reschedule is permitted which must be 5 days before the scheduled session. There are no exceptions to this rule.

3. If any rescheduling requests are made within 5 business days or the applicant does not show up for the session, a refund will not be provided.

4. All information provided will be in the best interest of the applicant whether paid or free to the best of the knowledge of the mentor. There will be no formal fiduciary agreement made between both parties for either paid or unpaid sessions.

5. We will attempt our best to schedule the mentor of your preference. If the preferred mentor is unavailable, your will be auto-assigned to the next available mentor. Refunds will not be provided in this situation. All our mentors are equally capable to help you.
