We provide one-one mentorship.

We will try our best to honor your mentor preferences. Unfortunately, at the
moment guaranteeing this is not possible. However, most mentors
on board are current PGY1, PGY2 or PGY3 residents. All of them are well
acquainted with
the application process and will assist you. The same
mentors will offer their help for all services in the same application. For
example,
your mentor for personal statement
review, will be the same mentor for interview preparation as well if you applied
in one application (recommended). If you prefer different mentors for
different services, please apply for each service separately (not
recommended).
The only exception is if a mentor is not available. In that case, we will inform you and assign you a different mentor.

You are allowed to reschedule once per application. Kindly inform us at
the earliest. We do not permit changes to schedule
within 5 days of the scheduled session.
You will have to apply again and rebook another session.
